You can easily open the Ausweis.io Entry even if you temporarily do not have access to the smartphone on which the Ausweis.io keys are stored.

There are several ways to do this:

1 - from another smartphone. Log in to your account on any other smartphone (do not forget to log out after unlocking the Entry!).

2 - from a laptop / computer. Log in to your web account on any other laptop / computer (do not forget to log out after unlocking the Entry!).

2 - ask your friend. If they have access (a digital key) to the Entry, they will be able to unlock it even remotely from anywhere in the world.

3 - use the additional method provided for the locking mechanism (for example, a mechanical key).
